All the systems marketed by Harts Systems Ltd have two salient features:
They are thoroughly tested and reliable, and they perform a specific, clearly defined function.

This was true of our first system, HARTS III School Administration Systems for the Apple II+, in 1982. Bug-free was difficult to achieve in those days, and function definition changed every day. But we battled through.

Now we apply the same quality control standards to our systems for the modern PC and web-based applications.

Most of our systems are designed to save the user time. Sometimes the savings are measured in minutes a day, and sometimes months to complete a task. We try hard to eliminate the computer complexities that waste user time. Our systems are all 'user friendly'. Typically our users are too busy with real work to spend time learning new computer tricks.
